
Honda Hornet 2.0 Gets Major Upgrades with OBD2B Compliance and TFT Console
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the updated 2025 Honda Hornet 2.0, bringing in a refreshed design and enhanced features. Now compliant with OBD2B norms, the latest Hornet 2.0 is priced at Rs. 1,56,953 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available for purchase at all HMSI Red Wing and BigWing dealerships across India.
Enhanced Styling and New Features
The aggressive styling of the Hornet 2.0 has been further refined with new body graphics and a complete all-LED lighting setup. Riders can choose from four stunning color options: Pearl Igneous Black, Radiant Red Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Mat Axis Gray Metallic.
Performance and Engine Specifications
Powering the new Hornet 2.0 is an OBD2B-compliant 184.40 cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine. This refined unit delivers 16.76 hp at 8,500 rpm and 15.7 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Additionally, Honda has equipped the motorcycle with an assist and slipper clutch for smoother gear transitions.

Advanced Technology and Connectivity
A standout feature in the 2025 model is the 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. Integrated through the Honda RoadSync app, the system offers turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and SMS notifications. Moreover, a USB C-type charging port ensures riders can keep their devices powered on the go.
Safety and Comfort Enhancements
Honda has upgraded the Hornet 2.0 with Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and a dual-channel ABS system for superior riding safety. Additional features include black-finished alloy wheels with contrast rim stickers, golden-colored USD forks, rear monoshock suspension, black split seats, front and rear disc brakes, tank extensions, and a side-mounted exhaust system.
