The 1.2-litre MT powertrain will be available across the entire variant lineup, including the EX, EX (O), S, S (O), SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect. Meanwhile, the 1.2-litre AMT option will be exclusively reserved for the mid-spec S and higher-specced SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect trims.

As for the CNG kit, it will only be offered with the mid-spec S and SX variants, limited to a manual transmission. It’s worth noting that the petrol-MT combo will be the most widely available option across the lineup.

The Exter will be available with the Grand i10 Nios’s 1.2-litre petrol unit (83PS/114Nm), with both 5-speed MT and AMT options. It will also have the same engine with a CNG kit, producing 69PS/95Nm, mated to a 5-speed MT.
