Black is the New Black: Drive in Style with Maruti’s Black Edition Arena Models!

Maruti launches black editions of Arena models, beginning with the Brezza.

Maruti's Black Edition

Maruti Suzuki, the leading car manufacturer in India, has introduced the Maruti Brezza Black Edition with the Pearl Midnight Black colour option. This new colour option is available for most of the Arena lineup, except for the Alto 800 and Eeco van.

In this article, we will discuss the features of the Maruti Brezza Black Edition and its prices.

Which models get the black paint option?

The black paint option is available with most of Maruti’s Arena models, except for the entry-level Alto 800 and commercial-use-oriented Eeco van. Here’s a list of all the models that get the black paint option:

• Alto K10
• Wagon R
• S-Presso
• Celerio
• Swift
• Dzire
• Brezza
• Ertiga
Keep in mind that the black paint option may only be available with higher-spec or top-spec variants, similar to Maruti’s NEXA offerings.

Maruti Brezza Black Edition Price

The Maruti Brezza Black Edition is exclusive to the ZXI and ZXI+ trim levels, but is offered in both manual and automatic transmission variants. Even the top-spec newly launched CNG-equipped Brezza, the ZXI CNG, gets the black paint option. Apart from the paint colour, the Maruti Black Edition vehicles do not get any other changes inside or out.

The Brezza Black Edition is valued within the same range as other single-tone paint alternatives, as per current pricing. However, if one opts for a dual-tone version with a contrasting colored roof, an additional sum of Rs 16,000 will be incurred.

With regard to the Maruti Black Edition cars, there have been no supplementary alterations made to either the interior or exterior of the vehicle, except for the change in paint color. Conversely, the Tata Black Edition vehicles possess blacked-out exteriors, interiors, and alloys. Maruti’s already captivating cars are even more desirable with the option to have them painted black. Although one may have to upgrade to a higher trim level for a black Maruti, it is pleasing to note that the cost will not surpass that of the respective single-tone models.
