All plug-in hybrid E-Class models can travel over 100 kilometers in electric-only mode, according to the WLTP cycle. The plug-in models can produce peak outputs ranging from 308 bhp to 375 bhp, with torque outputs ranging from 550 Nm to 650 Nm. The top-of-the-line E400 4MATIC can go from 0 to 100 kph in just 5.3 seconds. Mercedes also plans to launch six-cylinder diesel plug-in hybrid models soon.
