Tata Motors recently debuted the Altroz Racer Edition at the Auto Expo 2023 in India.

Though the company has yet to announce the specific variants for this model, it has been revealed that it will feature a black hood with white stripes, sporty black alloy wheels, a blacked-out roof, black ORVMs, and the “Racer” badge on the front fender.
The vehicle, which can seat five passengers, was showcased in a glossy red color. Inside, the Altroz Racer boasts a voice-activated electric sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, wireless charging capabilities, and an air purifier.

The cabin is also outfitted with sporty red leather upholstery. Under the hood, the Altroz Racer is powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine that generates 120bhp and 170Nm of torque. It is paired with a six-speed manual transmission, making it the most powerful variant in the Altroz lineup.
In terms of safety, the Altroz has received a five-star rating in the Global NCAP crash test. Once it becomes available, it will compete with vehicles such as the Hyundai i20 N-Line, with the price range is expected to be between 8-12 Lakhs
